Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team with technical and IT solution information, including assisting with Proof of Concept (POC) efforts and addressing technical inquiries.
- Designing various systems to meet requirements and solve customer problems across different services.
- Creating Bills of Materials (BOM) and project proposal documents.
- Presenting company services information.
- Designing service solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Liaising and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to customers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years. (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic understanding of Cloud, Security, Networking, and Systems
- Ability to solve problems on-the-spot and work well under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
