Security Analysis (Chiang Mai) - INET Managed Services Co.,Ltd.

• Monitor and maintain high availability of security devices, infrastructure, and services to fulfill customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Conduct vulnerability scanning, ethical hacking/penetration testing, and manage risk remediation to secure core systems.

• Design, execute, and evaluate cybersecurity awareness campaigns and threat scenarios (e.g., simulated phishing attacks) for internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist the cybersecurity team in deploying security solutions, providing technical support, and delivering end-to-end security services as assigned.

• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, clients, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve technical incidents and system outages effectively.

• Maintain accurate IT security asset records, baseline configurations, and network topology maps.

• Draft and update operational documentation, Work Instructions (WIs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Produce regular daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual security performance reports.

• Leverage scripting and automation to optimize operational workflows, enhancing overall security service capabilities.

• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree, B.Eng./B.Sc. in Computer, Information, Telecommunications or related fields.
• Experience: 0-2 years (Fresh graduates are welcome)

• Good hands-on experience with Linux and Windows (Command Line Proficiency).

• Solid understanding of network protocols, port configurations, and connection flows.

• Basic skills in Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and APIs to streamline tasks.

• Have good communication skills.
