Import Specialist - TPV Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

1. Import Shipment – Manage and follow up on import shipment processes, coordinate with relevant parties, verify shipping documents and import entries, and handle import permit applications.

2. EEI Import Shipment – Manage and coordinate import documentation, customs clearance procedures, cargo delivery, and import data recording.

3. Billing & Import Expenses – Verify, record, and reconcile import expenses, prepare payment vouchers, and coordinate with the Finance and Accounting (FA) department to process payments.

4. Reporting – Prepare import entry summary reports, estimated import expense reports, monthly import reports, and battery reports related to excise tax.

5. Management & Workflow Improvement – Monitor and resolve import shipment issues and support the manager in developing and improving import workflows.

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience in import operations, customs clearance, or international logistics is preferred. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
3. Knowledge of import procedures, shipping documents, import customs declarations, import duties and taxes, and import permit requirements.
4. Good command of English communication skills.
