Responsibilities
- Conduct system testing in simulated real-world scenarios, such as load testing and stress testing, to evaluate system performance and stability
- Verify system readiness prior to go-live, including monitoring and alerting systems, as well as backup processes
- Utilize testing tools to ensure product quality before delivery or deployment
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and propose improvement solutions
- Prepare test reports and provide summaries to customers as requested
- Coordinate with relevant teams such as Developers, QA, and DevOps to resolve issues and enhance system performance
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
2.Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools
3.Ability to prepare documentation and reports in a structured and organized manner
4.Experience in system testing and using testing tools
