Raw Material Purchasing Officer (Overseas) - TPV Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Track panel material shipments and ensure sufficient materials are available to prevent production shortages.

Integrate panel inventory levels and delivery schedules into production planning to achieve monthly production targets.

Monitor panel delivery schedules and prepare panel material status reports.

Control inventory and monitor OBS (Overstock / Slow-moving Inventory) to minimize excess and stagnant inventory.

Analyze panel inventory aging to support order fulfillment and reduce stagnant panel inventory.

Ensure timely preparation and availability of panel materials to support smooth production according to the production plan and prevent production downtime.

Coordinate with purchasing and relevant departments to ensure raw materials are delivered on schedule.

Coordinate with overseas teams, suppliers, or related parties as required.

Proficient in Chinese communication.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in production planning or material planning.

Experience in purchasing or procurement is preferred.

Experience in raw material tracking and delivery follow-up.

Experience in inventory and stock control.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Able to coordinate and communicate with overseas teams or foreign countries.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
