Qualifications
- Thai Nationality, Any gender
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Min 12-15 yrs in HR experience & at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership or GM-level
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or electronics industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:40.
