Job Description:
-Manage employment regulation and employee welfare benefit,
-Recruitment & employment process for new staff, Yearly contract staff,
-Temporary staff, Salary Payroll, Welfare & benefit for staff,
-Evaluation criteria for bonus & annual salary increment
Qualifications
-Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 46-48 years old.
-Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
-Good command in English and Japanese
-Japanese Language Proficiency Test at level N2 and TOEIC 680.
-At least 15 years’ experience in HR & Admin.
-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30.
-Salary plus other allowances.
