Senior Operation Executive - PA&CA RECRUITMENT CO.,LTD.

• Responsible for all day to day operations of all boutiques, including but not limited, manpower planning & control, in-store visual & displays controls and maintenance, housekeeping standards of boutiques and any other day to day operational issues.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth operation procedures and close adhere to operations Standard Operating Procedure by all boutiques.
• Ensure all boutiques are sufficiently staff and the duties schedule are plan properly

• Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 37-45 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Good looking and Good command of English.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a retail environment, preferably in the product  industry
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, solving problem and customer service skills
• Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00
