Job Summary

In this Senior Human Resource Officer role, you will supervise daily recruitment operations, ensuring service delivery aligns with business needs. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that support the company's workforce requirements. Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing, and managing effective sourcing channels, spanning job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring initiatives. You will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and monitor key performance indicators such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire. Additionally, you will maintain recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and reporting dashboards to ensure efficient and data-driven operations. Experience recruiting for positions within the IT industry is a strong advantage for this position.

Job Description:
- Supervise daily recruitment operations and ensure service delivery is aligned with

- Develop and implement recruitment strategy aligned with business workforce

- Identify, develop, and manage effective sourcing channels (e.g., job portals, social recruitment agencies, campus hiring, networking platforms, and talent communities)

- Manage full-cycle recruitment process.

- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire.

- Maintain recruitment database, applicant tracking systems, and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

- Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 30-40 years old.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Psychology related fields.

- Have Experience 7 years in Human Resource work role such as recruitment activities, candidate interview etc., recruiting for positions in IT industry preferred.

- Good command in English.

- Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30 / Saturday depend on calendar company.
