Job Summary

In this Factory Manager role, you will assume overall control of the factory's operations for manufacturing Metal Injection Moulding Parts. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust production and quality systems, while also driving continuous process improvements. A key aspect of your role will involve managing and developing Thai staff, ensuring a skilled and efficient workforce. Furthermore, you will manage audits conducted by European customers and oversee the execution of mass production launches and process transfers in collaboration with the company's Headquarters. This position requires strong experience as a Factory Manager in precision machinery and metal processing, particularly within a Japanese factory environment, coupled with knowledge of molding, sintering, and precision micro-machining, and excellent English skills for customer interactions.

Salary Range: 70,000 - 100,000 Baht

Job Description:
- Overall control factory operation.

- Establish and maintain Production and Quality System.

- Process improvement.

- Manage and Develop Thai Staffs.

- Manage audit by European customers

- Execution of mass production launches and process transfers with HQ.

Qualifications

- Thai Nationality, Any gender, Age 40-53 years old.

- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.

- Need experience of Factory Manager in Precision machinery, Metal processing

- Need experience in Japanese factory.

- Need Knowledge of molding, sintering, precision micro-machining.

- Need English skill to deal with European customers.

- Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00. / Saturday every other week.
