What you will do

Job Summary

In this Senior Sales and Shipping role, you will be a key contributor to managing sales orders and logistics for a business specializing in surface mount systems and FA machines. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, handling inquiries, preparing price quotes, and estimating shipping costs. Your duties will encompass the entire import and export process, from drafting essential documentation like invoices, delivery notes, and customs forms, to booking trucks, ships, or air cargo for deliveries and meticulously tracking schedules. Furthermore, you will coordinate closely with suppliers, couriers, and freight forwarders, ensuring seamless communication across sales, engineering, clients, and warehouse teams to facilitate efficient operations.

Salary Range: 40,000-60,000 Baht

Job Description:

- Process sales orders and answer customer questions.

- Make price quotes and shipping cost estimates.

- Prepare export and import papers, customs forms, and invoice, delivery note, billing

- Book trucks, ships, or air cargo for deliveries.

- Follow up delivery schedules, claim issue and maintain sales records and databases.

- Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, forwarders for import-export.

- Facilitating communication between the sales, engineer, clients, warehouse and other

Qualifications

Qualification:

- Thai Nationality, Female only, Age 35-45 years old.

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.

- Have Experience 10 years in Sales and import-export related field.

- Knowledge of shipping rules and trade terms would be advantage.

- Pleasant personality, High responsibility, active and Service Minded.

- Good command of English and Basic computer (Excel, Word, etc.) & data entry skills.

- Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30 / work one Saturday per month.
