Responsibilities
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในองค์กร
• ติดต่อสั่งซื้อสินค้าและบริการกับทาง Supplier ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
• ออกใบสั่งซื้อ, ตรวจสอบเอกสารการส่งมอบสินค้าและบริการ จาก Supplier
• จัดทำเอกสารการจ่ายเงินให้กับ Supplier
• จัดทำรายงานการสั่งซื้อสินค้า-บริการ ประจำเดือน (forecast)
• ติดต่อกับ shipping เพื่อนำของออก หรือ ส่งของให้กัลลูกค้าต่างประเทศ
• ประสานงานกับ Supplier เพื่อขอราคาซื้อ
Qualifications
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
• เพศหญิง/หรือเพศชาย
• มีความรู้ทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษเป็นอย่างดี
• มีทักษะด้านการเจรจาต่อรอง
• สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี: E-mail & Internet, Microsoft Office
• สุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรงสมบูรณ์
• มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านงานจัดซื้อ จัดหาวัตถุดิบจากต่างประเทศ และ ในประเทศหรือด้านการขาย จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการทำงาน, มีความคล่องตัวในการติดต่องาน ทำงานรวดเร็ว, กระตือรือร้นและมีความอดทนในการทำงาน
• มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษสื่อสารได้ดี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
