Responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation of annual audit plans
  • Analyze internal controls and assess operational risks across business processes
  • Review the work performed by internal auditors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of audit results
  • Attend meetings with management teams of audited departments to summarize audit findings and exchange perspectives
  • Prepare audit reports for management, the Audit Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors
  • Support the development and effectiveness of the internal audit team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in Internal Audit; CPA certification is a plus
  • Strong understanding of internal control systems and risk assessment processes
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication, negotiation, decision-making, and presentation skills
  • Leadership mindset, positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Knowledge of COSO Framework, PDPA, and risks related to real estate and hospitality businesses would be an advantage
  • Able to travel to upcountry sites for audit assignments (if applicable to hotel, golf, or real estate businesses under PRG Group)
