Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to lead corporate governance and compliance initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, overseeing governance frameworks, managing corporate policies, and supporting Board and Executive Committee activities.

  • Lead and enhance corporate governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks across the organization.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments and provide recommendations to management.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop, review, and maintain corporate policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Support anti-corruption initiatives and compliance programs (e.g., CAC).
  • Coordinate governance-related activities with the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and relevant committees.
  • Prepare governance reports, presentations, and management updates.
  • Drive governance awareness and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law is required.
  • At least 12 years of experience in Corporate Governance, Compliance, Corporate Secretary, Legal Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or related legal functions.
  • Experience supporting Board of Directors, Executive Committees, or governance committees.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, regulatory compliance, and internal control systems.
  • Experience in listed companies or large corporate organizations will be highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of anti-corruption frameworks (CAC) and corporate governance best practices is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity, professional mindset, and attention to detail.
