Responsibilities

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Learning & Development Officer to support employee learning and development initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating training programs, designing learning solutions, facilitating training activities, and supporting organizational capability development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs and learning projects assigned.
  • Design training courses, learning materials, and e-learning content to support employee development.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, team building activities, and site visits.
  • Act as a trainer and learning facilitator for assigned programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare post-training reports.
  • Provide consultation and support to business units on learning and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate training documentation and submit required reports to the Department of Skill Development.
  • Administer and monitor the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program.
  • Prepare training reports and analyze learning data.
  • Develop digital learning content and self-learning materials using various e-learning platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Educational Technology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or related areas.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or learning activities.
  • Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience in facilitating training sessions, team building activities, or workshops.
  • Knowledge of the Skill Development Promotion Act and training documentation is preferred.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning content development will be an advantage.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
