Responsibilities
- ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และติดตามข้อกำหนด กฎเกณฑ์ รวมถึงกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัท เพื่อให้เป็นปัจจุบัน พร้อมทั้งสื่อสารและจัดอบรมให้ความรู้แก่พนักงานและผู้บริหารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- กำกับดูแลและให้คำปรึกษาแก่กรรมการ ผู้บริหาร และหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้การดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัทเป็นไปตามกฎหมาย กฎเกณฑ์ และข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำและทบทวนอำนาจหน้าที่ของระดับกรรมการ รวมถึงนโยบาย มาตรการ และกฎระเบียบต่าง ๆ ในระดับคณะกรรมการ ให้เป็นปัจจุบันและสอดคล้องกับกฎเกณฑ์และกฎหมายที่กำหนด
- จัดทำเนื้อหาการอบรมเพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหลักการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี และข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ให้ผู้บริหารและพนักงานเข้าใจความเสี่ยงและผลกระทบจากการไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท ในสาขานิติศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้าน Compliance อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจที่หลากหลาย
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดี และมีความสามารถในการตัดสินใจและการบริหารจัดการในสภาวะที่ซับซ้อนได้ดี
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลภายนอก เพื่อให้องค์กรปฏิบัติได้สอดคล้องตามกฎหมายที่กำหนด
