Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and complex accounting data to identify trends, anomalies, and key insights, and develop management reports and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
- Assess existing accounting processes and design improved accounting workflows to enhance efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and reduce manual and repetitive work.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP, automation, and related technologies within accounting processes.
- Oversee accounting activities for the hotel business group to ensure accurate, complete, and consistent financial closing.
- Lead the implementation and readiness project for IFRS S1 – General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information and IFRS S2 – Climate-related Disclosures.
- Support quarterly and annual financial statement analysis for submission to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
- Provide consultation on accounting and budgeting matters and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments from senior management, including due diligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including experience in accounting systems or process development within a large organization or group of companies.
- Strong knowledge of TAS, TFRS, NPAEs, with solid understanding of consolidated financial statements.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive change management and influence stakeholders across different levels.
- Strong management, presentation, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- 5+ years of audit experience with a Big 4 firm and/or CPA or other relevant professional certification will be an advantage.
