Responsibilities
- รวบรวมและตรวจสอบแผนงานของผู้รับจ้างเบื้องต้น เพื่อใช้ในการวางแผนและควบคุมการดำเนินโครงการ
- ควบคุมและติดตามงานก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน ระยะเวลา และมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบงานเปลี่ยนแปลงเบื้องต้น พร้อมติดตามและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายให้อยู่ภายใต้งบประมาณโครงการ
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของงวดงานที่ผู้รับจ้างเสนอ โดยเปรียบเทียบกับผลงานที่ดำเนินการจริง สัญญาว่าจ้าง และงานเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ได้รับอนุมัติ
- รวบรวมและจัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างของโครงการ
- รวบรวมและจัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการขออนุญาตเปิดใช้พื้นที่ภายหลังงานก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จ
- ติดตามและรายงานความคืบหน้าของโครงการ รวมถึงผลกระทบ ปัญหา และอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาสถาปัตยกรรมภายใน มัณฑนศิลป์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 5 ปี หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบหรือโครงการ ศูนย์การค้า จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Construction Management (CM) การควบคุมงานโครงการ รวมถึงการประสานงานและควบคุมผู้รับเหมาและผู้ออกแบบ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD และ SketchUp สำหรับงานออกแบบและเขียนแบบได้เป็นอย่างดี
