Responsibilities
- ดูแลรับผิดชอบและให้คำปรึกษา ด้านกฎ ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และสวัสดิการให้แก่พนักงานในองค์กร
- ติดตามกฎหมายแรงงานและอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำและบริหารระบบการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำปีของพนักงาน
- จัดทำและบริหารระบบการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำปีของพนักงาน
- ดูแลเรื่องระบบการลาต่างๆ และการทำงานล่วงเวลา (OT) ของพนักงาน
- ประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารต่าง ๆ ให้พนักงานในองค์กรทราบ
- ร่วมพัฒนา สร้าง ระบบการทำงานให้เหมาะสมกับยุคสมัย และสร้างวัฒนธรรมในองค์กร
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 0-10 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- เพศ ชาย/หญิง อายุ 22-30 ปี
