Responsibilities
• เป็นผู้นำทำงานเป็นทีมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญการเข้ารับบริการ (ฝ่ายขายและการตลาด)
• ร่วมกำหนดนโยบายกับผู้บริหาร, กำหนดแผนการขายระยะสั้น และระยะยาว
• ควบคุมและกระตุ้นยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
• สร้างยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้าโดยขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่
• มุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เข้ารับบริการเดิมบอกต่อในบริการที่ดีและมีประสิทธิภาพของทางบริษัทฯ
• เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางด้านการขายและการตลาด
• เพื่อเป็นที่ปรึกษารวมถึงแก้ปัญหาให้กับทีม
• เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการทำงานและสามารถทำยอดได้ตามเป้าหมายได้จริง
• ประสานงานข้ามแผนกได้เป็นอย่างดี
• พัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
• เพศหญิง อายุ 35-45 ปี
• ประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารทีมขาย
• สามารถสื่อสาร ถ่ายทอดข้อมูลได้ดี
