Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage manpower planning and workforce budgeting
- Oversee recruitment, selection, employment contracts, and onboarding
- Lead compensation & benefits management, salary structure, and annual bonus planning
- Develop performance management systems and employee development programs
- Plan and manage training & development initiatives
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies
- Manage HR risk, internal processes, and quality systems
- Lead and develop the HR team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Political Science, Psychology, or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor law, compensation management, and modern HR practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex people matters
