Responsibilities
- กำหนดกลยุทธ์ นโยบาย และขั้นตอนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง
- เจรจาเงื่อนไขการค้า ราคา เครดิตเทอม และสัญญาซื้อขายกับซัพพลายเออร์ (Supplier)
- ควบคุมดูการสั่งซื้อสินค้า วัตถุดิบ หรืออุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และส่งมอบตรงเวลา
- สรรหา พัฒนา และประเมินผลการทำงานของซัพพลายเออร์รายใหม่ และรายปัจจุบันอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- ควบคุม ดูแล และพัฒนาศักยภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่ในทีมจัดซื้อ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านจัดซื้ออย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในระดับผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง (Negotiation skills) และการสื่อสารในระดับดีเยี่ยม
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลต้นทุน
- มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต มีจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพจัดซื้อ
