Responsibilities
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes from manpower request to job offer
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, headhunting, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Provide recruitment consultation and hiring advice to internal stakeholders
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring performance
- Support employer branding initiatives and other HR-related projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and selection
- Candidates with proven experience in recruiting Sales or sales-related positions will be given special consideration
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring assignments
- Good understanding of labor market trends and modern recruitment techniques
- Good command of Chinese is an advantage
