Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate various tasks, including providing Thai–Chinese translation support for the manager
- Manage warehouse systems and supervise the operations technician team
- Coordinate and communicate between internal teams, external parties, and headquarters
- Organize team meetings and prepare data for weekly reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Aged 22–35 years (fresh graduates or candidates interested in Chinese-related roles are welcome)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Able to travel to upcountry/provincial areas occasionally
- Having a valid driver’s license and able to visit on-site locations will be an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work well both within and outside the team
- Working 5 days/week (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00)
- Good computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint; able to handle statistical data
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese (minimum HSK Level 5)
