Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling and coordinating the CEO’s daily affairs to ensure smooth business operations.
- Assist the CEO in business communication and hospitality with partners, clients, brands, and media to foster business relationships and create new collaboration opportunities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; at least 1 year of experience as a general assistant is preferred.
- Familiar with Thai local culture; able to communicate effectively in Chinese, Thai, and English. Second-generation Chinese or candidates with study experience in China are preferred.
- Able to consume alcohol and participate in business-related social gatherings when required.
- Well-presented with a professional appearance; able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, and comfortable participating in social events or business entertainment activities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure; experienced in business hospitality settings, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Proficient in Microsoft Office tools)
- Understanding of basic media marketing concepts, with strong overall capabilities and the ability to quickly learn company-related business knowledge.
