Responsibilities
1. Employee Documentation & HR Database Management
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel files accurately and confidentially.
• Prepare, collect, and organize HR-related documents including employment contracts, onboarding documents, warning letters, resignation documents, and certificates.
• Update employee information in HR systems in a timely manner.
• Coordinate visa and work permit documentation and renewal processes with employees and external agencies.
• Ensure all HR documents comply with company policy and labor regulations.

2. Time Attendance & Employee Benefits Administration
• Monitor daily attendance, leave records, lateness, absenteeism, and overtime (OT).
• Prepare attendance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance discrepancies.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
• Administer employee benefits and welfare claims according to company policy.
• Support employee communication regarding leave and attendance procedures.

3. Employee Support & Engagement
• Serve as the first point of contact for basic HR-related inquiries from employees.
• Support onboarding and employee orientation processes.
• Coordinate and support employee engagement activities, internal communications, and company events.
• Promote positive employee experience and HR service standards.

4. HR Reporting & HR System Support
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
• Maintain data accuracy in HR systems and support system administration.
• Prepare HR data and documents for internal audit, external audit, or management requests.
• Support HR process improvement and HR digitalization initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Administration or HR Operations.
• Basic knowledge of Thai labor law, visa, and work permit processes.
• Familiar with HRIS, Time Attendance systems, Microsoft Office and Lark.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Chinese communication skill is a plus.
