Responsibilities
- ดูแลการสรรหา คัดเลือก และว่าจ้างพนักงาน
- จัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับงานบุคคล เช่น สัญญาจ้าง หนังสือรับรอง และเอกสารพนักงาน
- ดูแลข้อมูลพนักงาน การขาด ลา มาสาย และเวลาการทำงาน
- จัดทำเงินเดือน
- ประสานงานด้านเงินเดือน สวัสดิการ และประกันสังคม
- ให้คำปรึกษาและดูแลพนักงานตามนโยบายบริษัท
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บริหารธุรกิจ รัฐศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบุคคลอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงาน และงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบงาน และสามารถรักษาความลับขององค์กรได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และบริหารจัดการงานหลายด้านพร้อมกันได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Payroll, Time Attendance หรือสรรหาว่าจ้าง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม HumanOs จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
