Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support to various internal departments
  • Review, draft, and amend contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies affecting the business
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and government agencies as needed
  • Support and manage legal disputes or litigation processes
  • Develop and update company legal policies and procedures
  • Advise on legal aspects related to intellectual property protection for the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law
  • 3-5 years of legal experience, particularly in a corporate or business setting
  • Excellent proficiency in either Mandarin Chinese or English, both written and spoken
  • Strong understanding of Thai business law, civil, and commercial codes
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to legal matters
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Previous experience working with multinational companies or international business operations is a plus.

Job Summary

This full-time Legal Manager role is based in Bangkok. You will be responsible for providing critical legal advice and support to the company's operations. You will oversee the review and drafting of various contracts, ensure compliance with relevant legal frameworks, and coordinate with external legal counsel, including providing support in legal dispute resolution.

This role requires expertise in Thai business law and excellent communication skills in either Mandarin Chinese or English to support operations and agreements with international partners. You will play a key role in ensuring the company's legal stability and mitigating business risks.
