Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop, execute, and oversee the Group’s short-term and long-term strategic plans in alignment with the Board of Directors' vision and overarching business goals.
• Business Growth & Regional Expansion: Drive profitability, revenue growth, and market share expansion across all business units. Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential mergers or acquisitions.
• Operational Excellence & Digital Transformation: Spearhead internal optimization initiatives, including the transition toward highly digitized, efficient, and data-driven corporate operations (such as paperless environments and AI integration).
• Financial & Risk Management: Oversee the Group’s financial health, ensure optimal capital allocation, approve major investments, and mitigate corporate, financial, and regulatory risks.
• Corporate Governance & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison and representative of AIDC Group to government authorities, joint-venture partners, international investors, and key stakeholders.
• Talent & Culture Cultivation: Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing executive leadership team. Foster an organizational culture of high accountability, innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. An MBA or advanced business degree combined with an IT background is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10–15 years of corporate leadership experience, with a proven track record of serving as a CEO, Managing Director, or Top Executive at an IT company, Tech startup, or Digital Solutions provider.
• Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading tech-driven organizations, managing large-scale software/infrastructure deployments, commercializing tech products, or executing digital transformation strategies that yielded substantial business growth.
• Tech & AI Visionary: Deep-rooted understanding of technology architecture, cyber security, cloud computing, and strategic implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create sustainable corporate competitive advantages.
• Leadership Style: Exceptional leadership, emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, and a high degree of adaptability to dynamic economic and cultural landscapes.
• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English is strictly required. Ability to communicate effectively in Lao, Thai, or Chinese is a highly valued asset.
• Mobility: Full-time residency in Vientiane, Laos, with flexibility for regional and international travel.
