Responsibilities
What you will do
- Lead the technical design of new features and drive architecture decisions
- Build across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/.NET)
- Design and maintain REST APIs and PostgreSQL schemas for scale and reliability
- Review code, set engineering standards, and mentor junior/mid-level developers
- Work directly with product owners to scope and de-risk technical solutions
- Own deployment and monitoring with Docker and CI/CD
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional web development experience
- Deep TypeScript/JavaScript with Node.js (NestJS or Express) — or equivalent backend experience in Go or C#/.NET
- Strong frontend experience with React or Next.js
- Proven experience designing PostgreSQL schemas and REST APIs at scale
- Track record of mentoring developers and leading feature delivery
- Lao or Thai + working English
- System design / software architecture experience
- GraphQL or gRPC service experience
- Supabase and Redis experience
- Docker + GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Testing with Jest or Playwright
- Backend experience in Go or C#/.NET is also welcome
- Daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude)
