Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications, covering both Front-end and Back-end systems
- Design and optimize system architecture for performance and scalability
- Lead and provide technical guidance to a small development team (approximately 5 people)
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Write high-quality code, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and continuously improve application performance
- Research and evaluate new technologies for product development implementation
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for development and system operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of full-stack development experience, preferably from a tech business
- Proficiency in Front-end development with JavaScript Frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Proficiency in Back-end development with programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java) and related frameworks
- Experience in designing and working with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
- Proven experience in leading a small software development team (approximately 5 individuals)
- Understanding of API development and microservices architectures
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
