Responsibilities
1. Customer Issue Analysis & Resolution
- Receive, analyze, and investigate accounting and software usage issues reported via chat, phone, video call, or on-site meetings.
- Understand customer needs in-depth and provide accurate, effective solutions.
2. Consulting & Customer Support
- Provide accounting guidance and recommend correct practices for using Carmen Accounting.
- Support customers to fully utilize the system and improve their efficiency.
3. Customer Advocacy
- Represent the voice of the customer by conveying feedback, needs, and pain points to management, product development, and other internal teams.
- Act as a company representative to explain processes, decisions, and product developments clearly to customers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 0–3 years in accounting (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Customer Service Skills: Service-minded, patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
- Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn and ability to keep up with frequent product updates and large amounts of information.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to accuracy.
- English Proficiency: Good reading and listening skills, as much of the system and training materials are in English.
