Responsibilities

  1. Present and sell Carmen Software solutions to hotels, resorts, and related businesses
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities (e.g., hotel owners, hotel management companies, entrepreneurs)
  3. Schedule meetings, deliver product presentations, and conduct system demonstrations
  4. Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions tailored to their business
  5. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  6. Coordinate with technical, implementation, and related teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  7. Maintain and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships
  8. Record and update customer data, sales activities, and pipeline status in the company system
  9. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the manager
  10. Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  2. Experience in B2B sales; experience in software, technology, or hospitality industry is a plus
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  4. Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
  5. Results-driven with the ability to work under targets
  6. Positive attitude toward customer service and strong teamwork skills
  7. Knowledge or experience with hotel systems (e.g., PMS, POS, ERP, accounting systems) is a plus
