Responsibilities

1. Contact and coordinate like a medium between customers and the company.

2. Analyze and decide on problems within the production process.

3. Follow up the quality problems occurred so that they can be solved as soon as possible.

4. Summarize problems and customer requests.

5. Other taskes assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Can speak and read chinese at an upper-Intermediate level and be proficient in Thai.

Google working experience in handing quality complaints.

Proficien in using Excel and PPT.

Proficient in using 8D report.

Bring products to test in the production line

Contact customers in case of problems with the work or NG

Other tasks as assigned
