Responsibilities
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Translate workforce plans into actionable recruitment strategies and prioritize critical and hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Develop relationships with universities and technical institutions to secure internship and graduate talent
• Liaise with universities for job fairs and campus recruitment.
• Enhance employer branding to attract quality candidates through social media (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Coordinate and monitor the employee onboarding process including preparation of working equipment
• Ensure timely and professional onboarding for new hires including IT, workspace, orientation, and probation tracking.
• Review and screen resume to shortlist qualified candidates and conduct initial interviews using competency-based techniques.
• Coordinate with HRBP in HQ (China) to update the Expats hiring or HQ team will come to support MLT at a Long and Short term.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and Conduct background and reference checks.
• Record and summarize data from exit interviews
• Prepare letters and employment contracts
• Follow up with candidates to ensure high offer acceptance rates
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking system updates.
• 'Lead visa and work permit processing, especially for expatriates under IEAT regulations.
• Recruitment Proceture and WI.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment in manufacturing with a global company.
• Good command in English (Speaking, reading, and writing)
