Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain of software applications, IT infrastructure, server, computer network, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Deliver comprehensive technical support to employees and collaborate on IT-related projects across the organization.
- Configure and deploy computers and IT equipment for new commers in onboarding process.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT assets and equipment within the asset management system.
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in knowledge base articles.
- Perform regular system backups and verify data integrity.
- Provide training and guidance to users on software tools and cybersecurity best practices.
- Improve IT security in the company.
- Able to work overtime.
- Taking care of CCTV and security system.
Qualifications
- Graduated in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Related fields
- At least 3 years' experience
- MS365, Windows, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, User Account Permission, Active Directory, VPS, Entra ID , Mes
- Good English communication, working in teams, always learn new knowledge
- Experience in Proxmox, Mikrotik and Linux server is a plus
