Facility and Maintenance Manager - Mloptic (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Key responsibilities

• Handling maintenance engineering's long-term plan.
• Steering all maintenance processes according to company targets & performance.
• Managing general management concerning safety, quality systems & manpower control, including yearly section plans and cooperation on all company activities as assigned.
• Control delivery of a full range of facilities services, which includes fabrication, air compressor, air-conditioning, etc.
• Ensure that structural, electrical, mechanical, and civil works are in accordance with improvement projects, building expansion, plans, and designs.
• Sets up and maintains machine and equipment, diagnoses faults, oversees repairs, acts as a liaison with outside contractors for maintenance agreements , etc.
• Formulates and implements preventive maintenance programs.
• Establishes fundamental guidelines in proper machine/equipment operation.
• Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
• Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in industrial engineering, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
• Propose and implement an action plan in order to prevent customer complaints from recurring and improve the maintenance process supporting production to attain customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• New factory set up, construction set up and maintenance.
• Proven track record of implementing successful maintenance strategies and programs
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and project management skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage a team of maintenance technicians
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and data analysis tools
• Fluent English Speaking, listening, and writing
