Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Handling maintenance engineering's long-term plan.
- Steering all maintenance processes according to company targets & performance.
- Managing general management concerning safety, quality systems & manpower control, including yearly section plans and cooperation on all company activities as assigned.
- Control delivery of a full range of facilities services, which includes fabrication, air compressor, air-conditioning, etc.
- Ensure that structural, electrical, mechanical, and civil works are in accordance with improvement projects, building expansion, plans, and designs.
- Sets up and maintains machine and equipment, diagnoses faults, oversees repairs, acts as a liaison with outside contractors for maintenance agreements , etc.
- Formulates and implements preventive maintenance programs.
- Establishes fundamental guidelines in proper machine/equipment operation.
- Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
- Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
- Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in industrial engineering, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
- Propose and implement an action plan in order to prevent customer complaints from recurring and improve the maintenance process supporting production to attain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- New factory set up, construction set up and maintenance.
- Proven track record of implementing successful maintenance strategies and programs
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and project management skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and data analysis tools
- Fluent English Speaking, listening, and writing
