Responsibilities
- To control operation plan of quality control section for support delivery plan follow customer requirements.
- To control quality of product IPQC, In process-Final, OQC follow Inspection Standard
- To control nonconforming product for corrective and preventive
- Establish WI, inspection standard, inspection form , quality point and necessary information of quality control section.
- Present work, KPI, ideas, problems and solutions for improvement to Manager.
- Work with team and apply quality assurance methods to increase customer satisfaction and drive continual improvement through the production process.
- Aware in policy from the management and coordination with stakeholders in order to achieve the goal.
- To control subordinate to operate compliance assignment and training for up skill in appropriate.
- Perform other duties as necessary and any special assignment from his / her supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or equivalent experience.
- QC and QA for industrial/manufacturing have the 7 QC tools skills, SPC, and equipment control & calibration.
- Measuring small tools, Issuing inspection reports
- 8D/Why Why analysis course, Uncertainty of measuring equipment, ISO 9001, ISO 13485
- Can read drawings, use measuring tools, have knowledge of quality systems, and have problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Working Time: Mon-Fri (5 days/week)
