Qc & Qa Manager - Mloptic (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and
ensure compliance.
• To provide routine checks to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of all processes of quality.
• To oversee and head the QC team and liaise with personnel from other departments to ensure the smooth
implementation of company quality control in all aspects of the manufacturing process.
• To establish, implement and sustain quality parameters/standards and deploy it effectively by training,
documentation, and other appropriate means across the organization in all production areas.
• Ensure production adhere to quality standard and requirements by periodically conducting quality
inspection.
• Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, and implementation of shortterm and long-term countermeasures.
• Provide all kinds of reports including monthly quality reports, and supplier monthly quality reports required.
• The other works assigned by the supervisor or required by regulations.
• To build up Quality team members (especially, motivation and performance)
• To work and Lead to build up a quality mindset for team members (including operator level).

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in science, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or Management
• 5 years or above experience in quality control in a manufacturing factory.
• Familiar with factory quality management systems like ISO9001, IATF
• Be skilled at QC 7 tools, 8D, Why-why analysis, and quality tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA).
• Six Sigma/ Lean manufacturing skills preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English.
