Production Planning Manager (Chinese speaking) - Mloptic (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• • Contact with whose involvement the production daily, monthly plan, and forecast with the production department, quality department, engineer, Customer service and others are related.

  • Review and maintain On Time Delivery (OTD).

  • Analyze and provide supply chain solution to support customer business.

  • Publish overall revenue projection to all concerned departments.

  • Notice the raw material impact on the production plan, update the raw material problem, and expedite the raw material incoming and past due.

  • Review raw materials and follow up to ensure all are available to produce each day.

  • Manage inventory turn (Raw Material / Work In-Process / Finished products).

  • Coordinate and confirm a material trial run for a new product or new formulation.

  • Continually improve analysis report time provided to the Planning Division Manager for decision-making.

  • Report any risk of weekly or monthly raw material movement to the Planning Division Manager.

  • Monitors the project's progress to ensure it's following the schedule.

  • Coordinate with headquarters for material tracking.

  • Team KPI management

• Bachelor’s degree. Experience in demand & supply planning of manufacturing.

• More than 6 years of minimum working experience in production and material planning.

• Strong analytical and verbal and written communication skills.

• Understanding the concept of total supply chain management.

• Good at communication, teamwork, negotiation, leadership, and organization; confident; and able to work under

pressure.

• Good knowledge of Excel and Access.

• Good in English, both verbal and written.
