Responsibilities
1.ดำเนินการและประสานงานเกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ BOI ของบริษัท
2.จัดเตรียมเอกสารและยื่นคำขอผ่านระบบ e-Investment Promotion และระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.จัดทำรายงานและเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ BOI
4.ติดต่อประสานงานกับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) และหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5.ควบคุมและติดตามการใช้สิทธิประโยชน์ BOI ให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
6.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน เช่น Accounting, Purchasing, Logistics และ Production
7.สนับสนุนงานด้าน Import-Export ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิทธิประโยชน์ BOI
8.งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1.เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 23-40 ปี
2.วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การบัญชี โลจิสติกส์ การค้าระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสาร อ่าน และเขียนได้
4.สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
5.มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
6.มีทักษะในการประสานงานและการจัดการเอกสารที่ดี
7.มีประสบการณ์ด้าน BOI, Import-Export หรือการใช้สิทธิประโยชน์ด้านการส่งเสริมการลงทุน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
8.มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ e-Investment Promotion, RMTS หรือพิธีการศุลกากร จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
