Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate bancassurance operations with banking partners to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze production data, and prepare management reports.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns, incentive programs, and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments and banking partners to ensure efficient policy issuance, premium reconciliation, and after-sales services.
- Support product launches, promotional activities, and sales communication across banking distribution channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and resolve operational issues to improve business efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking partner requirements, and insurance regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Insurance, or related fields.
- Experience in Bancassurance, Life Insurance, Banking, Sales Operations, or Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Understanding of life insurance products, bancassurance operations, and regulatory requirements.
