Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control(QC) system.
- Review and improve operational processes to ensure compliance with standards such as ISO and other relevant requirements.
- Lead and manage the QA,QC team to achieve targets, while developing team capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance product/service quality.
- Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Define, monitor, and analyze quality KPIs, and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Quality Assurance or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality management systems
- Strong technical knowledge of quality control methodologies, test procedures and regulatory requirements
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Representative (QMR), ISO
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
