Coordinate with internal and external parties, such as landowners, contractors, government agencies, and business partners.

Prepare data and analyze costs, returns, and project feasibility.

Support project development from the planning stage through to execution.

Prepare reports, summarize data, and present findings to management.

Monitor the real estate market, competitors, and industry trends.

Manage documentation and coordination related to project development.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.

Skills: Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills, with good presentation and negotiation abilities.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Experience: Experience in real estate or project development is a plus.

Work Style: Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

Knowledge: Knowledge of real estate project analysis.
