- Source, compare, and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices.

- Negotiate prices, purchasing terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers.

- Prepare, process, and follow up on purchase orders and import documentation.

- Coordinate shipments and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods.

- Review and verify import-related documents for accuracy and compliance.

- Prepare procurement reports and summarize purchasing data for management review.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in international purchasing, import-export operations, shipping, or related fields.

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.

- Proficient in Chinese and English communication (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

- Knowledge of construction materials and related products will be an advantage.
