Responsibilities

  • Gather, clarify, and document business requirements with users.
  • Coordinate IT projects and follow up on actions, issues, timelines, and dependencies through to closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, group companies, and external vendors.
  • Support UAT, incident/issue follow-up, and related project documentation.
  • Prepare concise project status, issues, risks, and decision points for management discussion.
  • Follow up on vendor deliverables, quotations, scope of work, MA and support activities, and project commitments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 7 years working experience in IT or related fields.
  • Relevant experience in a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Application Coordinator, PMO, or Solution/IT Consultant role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Strong ownership and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent activities.
  • General understanding of IT applications and systems.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with outsourced vendors or internal IT service providers.
  • Functional English communication skills are preferred.
  • Insurance industry knowledge is an advantage.

Job Summary

In this role, you will play an important part in coordinating IT projects. Your responsibilities will include gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements in collaboration with users.
