Responsibilities
- Manage ERP System Support: Oversee and manage the support for ERP applications, ensuring timely resolution of system issues and continuous availability of the applications to end-users.
- System Issue Handling: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ERP system, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
- Business Analysis: Perform basic business analysis to understand user requirements and translate them into system specifications, helping to improve and enhance the ERP system's functionality.
- Database Query and Reporting: Utilize database query tools to extract, analyze, and report on data as required by various departments, ensuring accurate and efficient data handling within the ERP system.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, issues, resolutions, and user guides to support ongoing system maintenance and user training.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that the ERP system complies with industry regulations and company policies, working closely with relevant teams to implement necessary security measures and protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 7 years working experience in IT or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, budget, allocate resources, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting IT applications.
- Able to communicate effectively in English both speaking and written.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
