Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor and check details on financial transactions completely before passing to customer or relevant units
- Focusing on bank transfer, daily transaction for preparing daily cash report
- Reconciliation of daily cash statement
- Confirm payment/cheques, direct debit (in case Officer) etc.; compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts to Management with accuracy.
- Reconcile credit card transaction by cutting off time at the end of day and calculation bank charge.
- Control Petty cash box, Duty stamp
- Perform administrative and corporate affairs jobs to support the work of others
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field is required
- At least 1-3 year working experience in Finance or related work experience
Special and Specific Knowledge and Skills:
- Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office, ERP & SAP system
- Financial-literate preferably with banking and administration task background
- Capable of talking initiative and taking ownership of tasks
- Have a good interpersonal skill
- Good analytical, problem solving and also communication skill
