Responsibilities
1. เป็นผู้ช่วยดำเนินการสนับสนุนงานฝ่ายการตลาด
2. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องระหว่างทีมการตลาด, ฝ่ายขาย, ลูกค้า, ฝ่ายคลังสินค้าและฝ่ายจัดส่ง
3. ตอบคำถามลูกค้าผ่านช่องทาง Social Media และ Marketplace ของทางบริษัท
4. ออกตลาดเพื่อสำรวจตลาดผู้บริโภค ติดตามคู่แข่งในตลาดอย่างต่อเนื่อง
5. จัดเก็บและ update เอกสารและไฟล์งานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่ายการตลาดทั้งหมด
6. จัดทำรายงานยอดขายและรายงานส่วนอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
7. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1. ทักษะทางด้านการบริหารงานและวิเคราะห์ทางการตลาด
2. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ
3. มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปพื้นฐาน เช่น Windows, MS Office ได้
5. เข้าใจระบบการทำงานของ Social Media และ Marketplace
