Responsibilities
1. ควบคุมการผลิตภายในหน่วยงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิตที่แผนกวางแผนกำหนด
2. ควบคุมดูแลและติดตามงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายในแต่ละหน่วยงานพร้อมติดตามปัญหาที่เกิดในหน่วยงานเพื่อหา ทางแก้ไขและ
ป้องกันพร้อมทั้งรายงานปัญหาให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาได้รับทราบ
3. ดูแลการจัดกำลังคนให้เหมาะสมต่อการผลิตหน่วยงานเคลือบกาวและหน่วยงานโฟล์คลิฟท์
4. ควบคุมดูแลงานด้าน 5 ส. และความปลอดภัยให้ได้เป้าหมายที่ที่ตั้งไว้ รวมถึงการขาด, ลา ,มาสาย
5. อบรมให้ความรู้ในเรื่องงาน, แนะนำขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ถูกต้องแก่พนักงานพร้อมทั้ง ให้คำปรึกษาแก้ปัญหาหน้างานร่วมกับ
ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
6. ถ่ายทอดนโยบายไปยังผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาพร้อมทั้งติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานให้ถูกต้องและได้ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
7. ปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการผลิต, ลดความสูญเสียในกระบวนการผลิต
8. ดูแลบริหารจัดการพื้นที่การปฏิบัติงานภายในแผนกให้มีความสะอาดอย่างสม่าเสมอ
9. จัดทำรายงานสรุปและตรวจสอบข้อมูลความถูกต้อง Jumbo Roll ที่มีอายุเกิน 6 เดือน ส่งผู้บังคับบัญชาทุกเดือน
10. จัดทำสรุปข้อมูลฟิล์มที่ต้องส่งเคลมประจำเดือน
11. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและหาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา Jumbo Roll ที่แผนกตัดเทปแจ้งปัญหามา
12. ควบคุมดูแลและติดตามผล KPI ให้ไม่ให้เกินเป้าหมาย
13. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและหาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา Jumbo Roll ที่ไม่ผ่านมาตรฐานการผลิต
14. เรียนรู้เข้าใจการใช้งานเครื่องจักรใหม่ๆภายในแผนก
15. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
1. เพศชาย
2. อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
3. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ
4. มีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
5. มีวิสัยทัศน์และภาวะการเป็นผู้นำ
6. สามารถควบควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตและบริหารจัดการงานด้านการผลิตได้
7. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจและความชำนาญในกระบวนการและเทคนิคการผลิตเคลือบกาว
8. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานพิมพ์รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
